Cancellation prior to 31st May 2013 are subject to a 50% deduction. After 31st May 2013 no refund will be given. Refund will be issued after the conference and bank cost will be charged if applicable.

Before registration, please send a scanned copy of your student ID card to the conference administrator: VeRoLog2013@soton.ac.uk Once your student identity has been confirmed, the administrator will send you a code for registration. Note that you also need to present your ID card on the first day of the registration. |
